Please give detailed clinical information, including date of onset/contact with the suspected infection

Turnaround Time

All tests will be performed on the next normal working day after receipt of the sample
If a result is required urgently, for example in the case of a pregnant patient who has been in contact with a case of chicken pox, please contact the Virology Department on ext. 3536 or 01268-593536 BEFORE sending the sample
